Purslane Soup with Chickpeas

Materials


300 grams of purslane
1 cup pre-soaked and boiled chickpeas
250 g yogurt
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1  dessert spoon dried mint
4 cups water
salt

Preparation

1. Cook  chopped onion ,garlic and  chickpeas in olive oil 
2. Add the purslane  and continue to cook  for about 30 seconds 
3. Add yogurt and water to the mixture in the pot and Mix
4. While boiling , add dried mint and salt  and then turn off the cooker.
